There are No refund for paid service calls.
There are No refund for cancellation of any services, service calls or any book service.
Free Service Call Terms and Agreement
I agree to order this work and pay $74.95 per hr. to diagnose my residential ac unit before the service technician arrives and appointment made. When any recommend repair is approved by the customer a $74.95 credit will be applied towards my repair. I agree to provide parking and to pay for all parking fees for service vehicles. I understand free diagnostic is only up to 1 hour and 25 minutes travel time will be subtracted from the first hour of diagnostic time. I agree and acknowledge that there is no refund for cancellation of service.
I agree to order this work and pay $125.00 per hr. to diagnose my Commercial ac unit before the service technician arrives and appointment made. When any recommend repair is approved by customer a $125.00 credit will be applied towards my repair. I agree to provide parking and to pay for all parking fees for service vehicle. I understand free diagnostic is only up to 1 hour and 25 minutes travel time will be subtracted form the first hour of diagnostic time. I agree and acknowledge that there is no refund for cancellation of service.
Do i have to pay for Services before any work is done.
Service Pros of America requires all of our customers to pay in full for any services before any work is done. If Service Pros of America technician arrives at the service dispatched location and the services ordered are not paid in full before the technician begins work, Service Pros of America reserves the sole right to cancel and or continue with the work ordered and any failure to pay for services Service Pros of America will take all legal action necessary to get paid.
Customer can choose to pay for any service with the following:
Credit Card – Service Pros of America will charge a convenience fee when customer choose to paid va credit cards.
Funds that is not accepted as a form of payment
Service Pros of America does not accept personal checks. or any other cash that is not U.S. Currency.
Can i reschedule my service
All reschedule for any service must be done 24 hours before the service technician arrives or before the service booked date and time . Any service that is not cancelled before 24 hours of book service set date and time will cause automatic canellation of service and there will be no funds or credit refunded that was already paid for service.
Customer Will receive a service credit for all cancellation of service however customer must use this service credit within 20 days of the original service cancellation, if customer let the service credit expire the service credit will expire and be voided by Service Pros of America CO.
Can i take pictures of company employees & contractors without there consent?

At Service Pros of America, we take the privacy and security of our employees and contractors very seriously. In order to protect the confidential information of our business operations, we have a strict “no picture taking” policy in place.

At Service Pros of America, we value the safety and privacy of our employees and contractors. We understand that technology has made it easier for people to take pictures and record videos, but we want to ensure that our employees and contractors have control over their images and identities.
Therefore, we prohibit customers from taking pictures or recording videos of our employees and contractors without their consent. This policy applies to all customers, visitors, or guests who enter our premises or interact with our employees and contractors during business activities.
If a customer requests to take a picture or record a video with our employees or contractors, the request will be politely declined, and they will be informed of our no picture taking policy. The only time that customers may take pictures or record videos inside Service Pros of America premises is when we have given permission.
Any breach of this policy by customers or guests will result in the immediate termination of our business relationship with them. We will also take legal action against them for invasion of privacy and breach of confidentiality as applicable.
All Service Pros of America employees and contractors will be trained on this policy, and we expect full cooperation from them. By implementing this policy, we hope to provide a safe and respectful workplace for our employees and contractors. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain this standard.
How much warranty do i get when i install a new ac unit .
10 Year Parts Warranty:
All residential air conditioning units installed by Service Pros of America Co. will get a 10 year parts warranty for the ac unit manufacturer however the ac unit must be maintained annually with proof of written annual service done .
All parts covered by manufacturer will carry a core charge, shipping fee, and administrative fees to get parts.
All residential ac units that is installed by Service Pros of America will carry a full labor warranty for the first year from the date the ac unit was put into service.
Lavor warranty does not cover normaol maintenace need to keep ac unit operitional
Warranty on repairs.
Service Pros of America will only cover repairs made only by our technician .
All repairs and parts installed done by Service Pros of America will carry a 30 day’s repair warranty.
Repair and parts warranty will be extended to for our V.I.P Service Contract Holders up to an additional 60 days for a total amount of days of 90 of warranty.
Service Pros of America parts and labor warranty does not cover any related harmful conditions that may cause our parts or repair to fail.
