This is the best ac repair company in Hollywood hands down!! They came out right away with a very short notice. The technician explained everything he was going to do, and best of all, the prices were very affordable. It really makes a difference compared to big box ac companies that charge you for everything. Initially, I contacted the company to do an diagnostic on my ac. Before contacting Service Pros of America I had another guy out and less than a week later I had another issue with my ac. I booked my diagnostic appointment online and when they came out it was a couple minutes earlier than the time. The first day he came out I couldn’t get my ac checked because it was full of ice. This was a holiday weekend (a Saturday) and they told me they would come back on Monday. Monday they arrived ahead of time. My issue was a leak and my Freon was very low. They saw that I had other issues which were fixable as they fixed the leak. They actually went above and beyond!
